I was at Twins game yesterday, Santana with 17 K's was awesome. I spoke with some people "in the know" who say despite what you may here from KFAN or Sid (the 2 most UNreliable sources) that the Twins will get Santana signed, it may just take awhile, and they DO realize it is costing them ...

I've seen Ballard play since his days in High school, just think a HEALTHY Leopold would be a better fit for Wild RT NOW. Realistically, I think the signing of Hill is probably the closest we are going to get to a Minnesotan on Def. for the next couple yrs. But anything can happen.

If the Wild are going to sign another Minnesotan I would hope they wait and sign Leopold when he becomes available instead of Ballard.
