They have played only one game. JV over Hutchinson 12-0 and Varsity 8-0.

And from what I know, AHA only had three seniors on the team last year. So, Chaska's going to need all the luck they can get to not get shut out.

AHA has not played a competetive team yet.
It will be no more that a 2 goal game and I would not be surprised if Chaska is right there late in the third. Lake Conference hockey is tought to adjust to after Hutch.
5-3 is my prediction.

Chaska only beat kennedy by 2. There's no way they are going to hang on to AHA by 2. They lost to other teams that are no where close to AHA caliber by 2 points. Chaska may score, but if they manage to do that, they're still going to lose by at least 5 or a shut out.

Maybe your right, but didn't Chaska give either the Jags or EP a good game? I know Holy is good, but I will put the house on it that they come out slow tonight. I bet Chaska strikes first. i still think AHA is gonna win though.
I am a AHA alum and a huge fan...I just don't like thier first real game to be on the road and against a Lake Conference team with 4 games under their belt. Agree?

yeah AHA could lose... but they would lose to chaska 1 game out of 67, so basically i dont like chaska's chances

Now this person knows how to predict the game! The first line was right on, Smith played great and Barribal had a game.

Sorry, I had to edit I was out of line...

GO STARS

________________________________
Academy of Holy Angels
2005 GIRLS STATE CHAMPS!
2002 & 2005 BOYS STATE CHAMPS!!
GO STARS!!
Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... >Zamman at: 12/15/05 10:46 pm

Is there any way to cancel their game vs. Mt. St. Charles? I admit I give them respect for scheduling games against both AHA and Mt. St. Charles, but seriously what were they thinking?

January 14th...I am nervous for chaska

Mt. St. Charles will likely be at the top of their game considering it will be the middle of the season...oh god, I would hate to be a hawk in 29 days...

Dude keep the faith 5-3 AHA ? Did you see the game? It could have been 10-12. Running time 3rd period, no 1st or 2nd line most of the 3rd. 1st power play unit off after 6 goal lead, middle of 2nd. Your boys are good, and will only get better as the season rolls on. They are playing a lot of young kids right now. They are also missing to starters! The nice thing about the Missota is you can bring good young kids a long slowly before you have to through them to the wolves.

For years people have said the AHA schedule would be their down fall. Well lets see been to state 6 out of the last seven years and won it twice! Not too bad
