FSN ratings for games aired?

Post by frozensi »

Is there anyone out there who knows if the games already aired have been a success from a rating standpoint? I for one have watched everyone either live or taped it for a time I could sit down and watch it. The best thing to happen to HS hockey!

These games are a nice opportunity to see teams play that you don't normally get to see and hear about the kids from these teams. Last night it would be better if they would have talked a tad more about some of the other players.

FSN games

I agree on last night's game, Joey Miller pretty much dominated every part of that broadcast... including his parents. Not to knock him because he is such a great athlete and is fun to watch, some exposure to other kids or parts of the game would have been welcomed. Nonetheless, it's great to have HS hockey on a weekly basis.

I think that last night game sucked and I would have rather have had a root canal done than watch that game again
*WILD HOCKEY FAN FOREVER*
"Infamous - Having an exceedingly bad reputation; notorious"

Fun game to watch last night, but way too much talk about Joey Miller. Yes, he is a good player but they made him out to be the best player in high school hockey in a long time. Broadcasting was a little too much on the Trojans side. The rest of the games aired have been pretty well done though.

I think its nice that they are airing JM and Mayo tonight. It lets the people from the south watch some of there teams on the ice. It also gives the rest of us an idea of how good or bad they are this year.

I like that they are doing this, but last night, all it they talked about was "Joey Miller." But ya I agree with the person a post or two above me; too much of Joey Miller

I have posted here that I think FSN does a good job with their broadcasts. I think the camera work is very good and they do an overall professonal type job.

Its a welcome change from the cable access "Wayne's World" type stuff that I am used to.

But, I agree with you guys. They do a professional job but they need to remember these arent professional atheletes.

They seem to need to find a star to focus in on every night. Its OK to focus but lets not get fixated.
