How about a BIG DOOFUS...should have been taken notes instead of trying to ref the game from the stands. Guy sat and chirped for the first two periods don't know if you were sitting by him or not - don't really care either. Hard enough watching something like that but to see the NCAA DIVISION 1 HEAD HOCKEY COACH from BSU yelling from the stands, it was too much. What did they normally call an Indian Warrior way back when..oh, right a Renegade, if you don't have the same beliefs as people you once were part of you are a Renegade, a non-conformist is a Renegade. Looking back over the last twenty five to thirty years maybe even further am the only Ram player besides Blaine Comstock to have a kid play varsity hockey for the Warriors kind of a Renegade wouldn't you say. Let's see...kid was plus 2; made the play at the blueline that led to the first goal of the game, drew the high stick penalty by holding his ground that led to the second goal, was on the ice for the GWG, had plenty of shifts throughout and was on the ice at crunch time when the game ended. Probably would have seen much more if Warroad didn't have the special teams out the "whole" first and second periods. Not a bad night for a rookie, when we talked when he got home he was pleased with how he played, that's what counts. I take it you weren't. I'm not really fired up about the game other than the TERRIBLE major call. Satisfying to see the team win what was a very ugly game. And I don't see where I said I had anything to do with it. Remember an ugly win trumps a pretty played loss anyday. Next?? <p></p><i></i>
