Stars played like the #1 rated defending champs tonight. They were a step faster, more agressive, and confident. Moorhead could have pulled off what I would consider an upset had they had a better 2nd period. Kunde had a great game in the net. I look forward to Baribull as a Gopher. Matson appears to have D1 potential too. The Stars have to have more talent than any team in the State... surprised Centennial played them 5-5 haven't seen they play.The only thing that prevents a repeat is a hard working team with a hot goalie.<br><br>Go Spuds! <p></p><i></i>

Where was the Messiah (Jordy Christian, aka Jesus Christ). How did he play? Was he a factor? Sounded like Weiss got them off and running again. <p></p><i></i>

Great game by the Stars.... the one thing that stood out for me with AHA, was they always tried to make one more pass in the offensive zone when they should have been shooting... it easily could have been 6 or 7 goals I think had they let some of those shots rip rather then pass. Barribal is such a treat to watch, for anyone that hasn't seen him play yet and are going to watch a game.... don't take your eyes off 16 when he's on the ice, he is an absolute game breaker! Go Stars, keep things rolling!<br><br>Zamman.... can you clarify the time of the game on 1/16 with the team from out east? One place says 10:00, and the other is 12:00.<br> <p></p><i></i>
