If Brainerd were to win this game it would help the warriors chance for a home game, drop CEC a bit, and further lock in GR as a 1 or 2.

This section is a jumbled mess as it is...just think if Brainerd wins...or worse, its a tie

_________________

BOB

What makes things worse is E.R. only plays 3 section games, excluding Andover.

If CEC does NOT win, then East is in the driver seat and GR has a shot. CEC would go to 3. And Brainerd would lock 4. Flake and ER need to prove themselves to move up.

Just one (wise) man's opinion.

Or wise a** if you prefer.

GR See you at the Natl sport center.

Yeah, I do agree with that. That's why I say 1 or 2, I think it really hinges on the East game at the IRA next Thursday, Jan. 12.

I have to agree with Elliott (I'm finding myself doing this a lot lately, is hell freezing over?).

I'd say GR or CEC at 1 right now, East at 3, Brainerd 4. ER or FLake at 5 and who cares from there on. ER needs to play huge tomorrow night for any hope of moving up.

Elk River AA State Champions- 2001 Boys & 2004 Girls

If things work out exactly the way I want them, it would be like this:
1. GR
2. CEC
3. East
4. Brainerd
5. FL
6. ER

Well, East does have a few matters to take care of (Elk River, Cloquet again, Grand Rapids, Brainerd, Forest Lake) before I can predict if they're the first seed, or sixth seed, or anywhere in between. If they can hopefully win all those games, then it'll be pretty clear (to me, at least) that they're #1 or #2.

Lee
____________
Message Board arsonist since 2005
