Horizontal Scroll in "view topic" screens?

Post by ushsho » Tue May 16, 2006 8:03 am

I don't know why I am needing horizontal scroll in Internet Explorer 6 when viewing topics at 800x600.

I will try to eliminate it.

In the meantime, you may want to try the Firefox browser as everything fits on the page (left to right) in Firefox at 800x600.

Mitch, I haven't noticed that problem. I'm also at 800x600 but I use Firefox as my browser.

What browser? What screen resolution?

If using Internet Explorer at 800x600 your two possible options at this point would be to change browsers (to e.g. Firefox) or change screen resolution (to e.g 1024x768).

I don't actually use 800x600, but I tested it at that resolution as I had read that over 20% of people still use that...640x480 doesn't actually seem that long ago to me
