The Minnesota Ice Hawks year in and year out are considered one of the top Jr. Programs in the Country, in both player development and player advancement. The 'Hawks' have also carved a niche out for themselves in the crowded Minnesota hockey landscape playing in front of an average of 1,200 fans a night, tops in the State of Hockey for ANY Jr. team!
The MJHL and the Minnesota Ice Hawks will be moving from a Junior “B” league to a Junior “A” – Tier III league pending final approval from USA Hockey. Very exciting news as well, but no matter the letter, A or B, the Ice Hawks will remain the same, Focused on the Success of each and everyone of it's players!
Camp Dates
June 30th/July 1st
Rochester Rec Center
and
July 28th/July 29th

Anyone showing up for the Hawks camp???
Besides "a bunch a benders"....
Last years camps were really pretty good, some of the Hawks alums came to skate, James Gaulrapp(sp?) from MSU in the WCHA was fun to watch, also some kid from St. Mary's was fun to watch.
I hope they have pulled pork sannys and the beer cart open for us fans again this year. Last year was a blast, KFAN was broadcasting live and the whole 9...pretty cool.
That was the final camp last year tho and this is just the open so who knows.
