Evaluations

Our club is talking about doing player evaluations. It would cover the players skill level, technique, attitude and a few other topics. Has anyone here ever done evaluations and if so what are your suggestions and tips?

I have done evaluations and suggest that you only do them if your coaching kids that are mentally tough. Otherwise you run the risk of their feelings getting hurt and if that happens the parents won't be happy. Now if they are mentally tough, then yes they can be a positive tool.

Haha sweet!! Our son just got his first zoom report. Was refreshing to get something like this from the coach.
