Forest Lake at Grand Rapids (Season Opener)

Post by gr19 » Mon Nov 21, 2005 8:54 am

Big early season 7AA matchup, especially considering it is their only head to head game all year. For me, it's too early to make a predicition. Hopefully Jared Smith will be healthy by then.

GR has a long way to go by the end of the season if they cannot get by Flake even if it is the season opener.

Okay, I'm going to make a prediction on this game. This is very difficult considering so many uncertainties. I like Grand Rapids potential. There's some very skilled talent, but they don't have varsity experience yet. Forest Lake graduated a lot, but the won't be a push over I'm sure. I think Grand Rapids defense and team speed will keep them in check. White will draw penalties with his speed.

Forest Lake 2
Grand Rapids 4

Thanks boblee. You wouldn't happen to know the time and strength (even,pp,sh) of each goal and the period, would ya?
