Chaska Superstar

Post by JV captain » Thu Dec 01, 2005 10:46 am

anyone who saw him play last year as a sophomore knows that, Bryan Giordano, the smallest and fastest guy on the team will be a star in the toughest conference in the state.

he is a good player, no doubt, but can he be a superstar? I am unsure. I remember seeing/hearing about him. He has good skill, but that is a tough conference, dont get your hopes too high, pal.

Toughest conference

Post by KDavis20 » Thu Dec 01, 2005 10:59 am

The Lake Conference is not the toughest conference in state this year. They are down a lot. Look at teams that are not going to be any good this year, such as Eagan, EV, EP, Rosemount, and Chaska. The Classic Suburban conference may not be the toughest in state but I believe that it is tougher than the Lake this year.

I think he can be a star...he is one of the best skaters on his team and he is strong for his size. he is quick and seems to have a magnet with the puck on his stick at all times. his size may hurt him though.

wow i cant beleive anybody would think that, if you look at it conference to conference, the lake would win every game like st thomas im so scared of a freshman, hes there best player, that shows how deep they are plus St Paul teams are the worst teams in the state

Schoeder isn't the best player in the conference, hes hands down on the STA team, but so what, i agree with you guys though that teh CSC is not the best conference in the state, but that guy didn't say that either. I'd have to give my vote to Hoeffel or possibly Arnt for the best player in the conference, the CSC that is. Most of the teams in the CSC aren't in ST Paul neways, they're mostly suburb teams like Richfield, Mahtomedi, Hill is in Maplewood, STA is in Mendota Heights, etc

Post by gunslinger » Thu Dec 01, 2005 11:42 am

This was written and spoken like a typical 16 year old kid who is obvioulsy a homer! Toughest Conference? Are you kidding me!!! And what is it saying to be the best player on chaska's team..?? Chaska who? I mean come on! You give me the best player from Jefferson, or Hill.... then we can talk... but from Chaska, well thats kinda like the best of the worst!

-The Slinger

Brian is a very good player, very fast, good with the puck and is not afraid to be physical. He definitely plays bigger than he is

Let's take the high road on commenting on individual players.

hockeyhoser, i hope you weren't saying that my post was the worst one ever on here cuz i didnt say the CSC was the best in the state, i was actually agreeing by saying they weren't the best in state. I think that especially this year they will be pretty weak besides Hill in AA and STA in class A, the Lake, like always, will be the strongest in state

You wanna talk about the kids good qualities... then thats fine, but I think the original post included an editorial that was not needed... he basically opned his own can of worms!

The "interspective" Slinger
