century getting their arses kicked!!! I was at the game last year and they killed them playing wise, if it wasnt for kangas it would have been like 10-2, just like every other game would have been w/out him.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... play100 at: 11/30/05 10:03 pm

I agree that Kangas was Century's whole team, but this year Wood will be placed in that same position, having little or no offense, let alone defense in front of him. They lost Schmidt, Schulz, and Walgren all huge role players and scorers for Tartan last year and I credit them, along with Wood solely for their appearance at the X last year. Being unfamiliar with Century with the exception of Kangas and last years team, i have no clue what their team is gonna be like this year, but i highly doubt its gonna be a rout like last year, since Tartan doesn't bring much to the table this year

Yeah it was a good game.. Roch out shot them like 40 to 16 thou... Tartan scored on 2 of like 4 shots in the 3rd per and Furne scored a short handed goal in the 3rd period with around 3 mins left to take the lead... goalies were difference...

I went to this game, and it was very sloppy to say the least. Century had the better forwards, but their defense was sloppy, they were very inconsistant, and aggressive which allowed tarten its last 3 goals. Goaltending was also KEY! The kid from Tartan looked very good, and made some fantastic saves down the stretch! Neutral ice was like a chinees fire drill, no consistancy and little control by either team! Though Tarten was outshot 40-16, you have to give them credit they hung in when it mattered. Century's top 2 lines looked solid, but their 3rd line was no match for Tartens. I was a fun game to watch if you liked scoring, but system play was lacking... it was more like watching POND HOCKEY....

I dont see either of these teams doing a lot this season!

-The Slinger
