Yes I agree that there should be more people at the single A games at the X. I mean it is great hockey, but AA is just as good. There should be a bigger turnout that 5,000 compared to the 19,000 at the X.

I love single A hockey. It is great hockey and all the schools in my area, Pine county, are Single A. I like seeing the small schools having a chance to play in a big tourny.

good hockey

its good hockey but its too bad that everyone knows that either breck or warroad is going to win it. at least in AA anyone can win even though centennial is a favorite.

A or AA

Hockey is hockey, I would be willing to bet if you put a pee wee team on the ice against a highschool team people would come to watch it, not because of any reason other then we all love hockey here, this is the "State of Hockey" afterall

exactly, but...

everyone on here is exactly right, there should be a better turn out for A ganmes. but they are during the middle of the day during the week, when people work, except for the champoinship and 3rd place games. AA teams are deeper, and more exciting to watch two powerhouses play eachother. like centennial and holy angels for example. A on the other hand is going to be warroad or breck, which will be a great game to see as well, as close to AA as you'll see. i would love to see A sell outs at the xcel, i played A hockey, i love it, you never know whats going to happen, but unfortunately, AA gets much more attention during the season, making for more spectators at the state tourny. which is too bad, fans are missing out on great A hockey and they dont even know it.
