No doubt Drew is a talented player, But when the people that were watching him for the show case saw him he did nothing . He may not of played with who you thought he should of but if not who should have played with those players. These kids were all better than average any way. Bottom line for one weekend he just wasnt that good . he will survive will you

DREW WALTERS!

Post by bucksony »

I think that most people realize that this 'water is over the dam' so to speak. Drew Walters and his fans hold no grudges here. Drew will more than persevere this micro bump in his hockey path. Again, as previously proven (the past two seasons), Drew will continue to overcome doubters/critics. This is exactly 'what the doctor ordered' as he will use this as just another motivator to assist him toward reaching the next level. Lets wish him the best in his pursuit whatever that may be. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /smile.gif ALT=":)">

Drew`s World

Post by hockette »

Kudos to "bucksony''. I think I know Drew well enough
to know that his friends feel worse than he does and
he is the type of guy who is happy for his ''buddies''
that are in chicago as we speak! I have known Drew
practically my whole life and he will do well in the future.......

DREW'S WORLD!

Post by bucksony »

Writer, 'hockette', appreciate your support and kind words. The real hero's here are the 2003/2004 Hibbing hockey players, coaches, parents and avid hockey fans. Drew and company did REAL GOOD this year and the Hibbing tradition will just keep rolling on again next year. Everyone knows that next years team will have big targets on their backs but that is what winners expect and play up to. I agree that Drew is the type of guy who does not seek all this glory and praise. This man would rather dish this stuff out to his teammates and coaches. He is true leader who with out any question will do well in the future.

DREW MAN

Post by bucksony »

Writer, 'ba635', don't know where you got your alleged information? I have not seen any written documentation to validate this or not. Time will tell where this talented hockey player goes. Like previously stated, whomever lands this man will eventually receive big dividends for their organization/team.
