I think it depends which team shows up for G.R. They can do it, but will they. Reider needs to play well.
Hoping for A G.R. win, glad the teams added each other to there schedules, it's the first time I can remember these teams playing each other..

Jacques plays defense. The other players to watch are Connolly, Gutsch, Hafferty, Dodd, Guzzo, and a very talented sophmore Zack Mausolf. This team has alot of heart and will skate hard for three periods. If Rapids isn't ready I will take Marshall 6-3, if Rapids comes to play we could be talking OT

i think that DM has 2 solid lines that are able to play with anyones 1st line. also there third line has a few good grinders on it..they know how to keep the puck down low and kill time when needed.so ill say DM will take this one 4-2.

On this match-up, I am thinking...

Grand Rapids - 4
Duluth Marshall - 3

Friday is GR Homecoming, Saturday is Senior Day, Game is in afternoon, DM is single A - GR might not have their game face on for the start of this one. Look for a late game GR comeback 3-2, maybe OT.

Duluth Marshall is one of the best teams in the state A or AA. If Grand Rapids doesnt have their game face on they will get blown out.

Either way I don't think Rapids has the horses to run with Marshall.

Toppers win 4-0

mausolf for DM wont be back for this one. He has a torn MCL and not sure when he will be returning. could loose some offence for the toppers.
