Amazing goalies both ways for the orono delano game. Game was great until last 5 minutes when orono pulled away. Was 2-1 throughout most of the game until the third. Orono had many Grade A chances turned away by JP Wright. Delano had some good ones too.

He said he got kicked in the head during the second period and that he's out for a bit. Too bad, he played a hell of a game!

Tough Break for Orono on the loss of their tender. SCC will be a tough game with either of their young inexperienced backups. David Crotteau or Jonny Gabos will have to come up huge for Orono to leave with a w

There is no chance Orono wins this conference this year.Right now they are looking like the #5 seed in sections.

Where is Steelers33?

Wow Tigers33. First of all there is a chance they win the conference. If they beat SCC on friday they will win the conf. Also if you couldn't figure it out Steelers33 was none other than the famous Brad Ryan. That guy was a fan of the steelers and his team last year. Your Tigers don't have a shot either. Your best game was a loss to Hopkins.

branchesmagnum i wouldnt say the tigers dont have a shot at confrence.. I also wouldnt say orno has no chance either.. the orno tiger game was a very close game untill the final 5 minutes, and the tigers out shot orno.. Ian wilson had a very good game and thats a big loss him being out for the scc game.. i think the confrence is up for grabs this year between orno, scc, delano and mound

Did you notice half the shots in the Orono Delano game from Delano were practically dump in's??? Orono on the other hand had 37 shots from point blank range and numerous odd man rushes. I could get a JV player to just stand at the blue line and shoot everything on net. JP Wright from Delano had to stop plenty of shots from the slot and 2 on 1's and other odd man rushes.

the conference title is between Orono, Mound and SCC. Delano has no shot. The upcomming games will decide with SCC vs Orono tomorrow, SCC vs Mound, and Mound vs Orono.

i never saw many dump in shots from delano...I also think not only did orno have odd man rushes, but so did delano. It was alot of back and fourth rushes and was really exciting to watch. Delanos goalie did make some really good saves but he had 2 weak goals the 1st and the 3rd i believe.. well maybe delano dosnt have a shot, but we'll have to wait and see how they do against holy family and how orno does against scc without Ian wilson

SCC 2
Mound 1
Kind of looked like a sloppy game tonight, but none the less a win for SCC.

I beleive they were something like 37-22 Favoring SCC. Mound had a decent amount of penelties. 26 for SCC had pretty close to the biggest dangle on the second goal I have ever seen. Through the D's legs almost falling over somehow did a move on his way down and slid it right under Brian Nelson. That seemed to be the knockout punch after mound got down 2-0 it almost look like they gave up. Missing Riley Horgan Mound??? I think a little bit.

I think the shots were like 35-22 in favor of SCC. I don't know if I'd use sloppy to decribe the game, both teams played pretty well inside their own zones, not much in terms of offensive rushes though. Nelson from Mound let in a weak one for SCC's first one, but he played unreal in the 2nd and 3rd periods. Mound just hasn't been able to score any goals since Horgan went out.

Lucky Orono, for the second time this season, gets the luxury of playing a tired team the night after Mound plays them, Warroad being the other game.

Warroad did not seem very tired to play orono the night after mound.
