I agree wholeheartedly that the Gophs have to find a better balance in recruiting the defensive Dmen and the offensive Dmen (ie the Sioux), and it sounds like this Holl kid could be a great fit as that defensive wall defensemen needed for balance...High Flyer wrote:...and Marshall, another offensive defensemen.Papa Bergundy wrote:If Holl develops in to a WCHA caliber defenseman, this will be one of the U's best recruits. I agree with Papa Bergundy, Holl should fill that hole in the U line up, assuming he continues to progress over the next couple of years.
We are forgetting some kids that will compete at the D positon in the next couple of years...
