I hate to sound like an old record, but the facts still remain that Hibbing has a very weak and inexperienced defensive corp. Add to this they have no power play or penalty kill. On the other hand I hear Stampohar will be back and if the Johnson brothers are on fire and they play their better goalie the potential for an upset is there. I am still perplexed why they played the weaker goalie against Virginia on Saturday.

I am curious as to the goalie question as well?

Your 100% correct. Defense and special teams is a huge problem for these guys right now. The d corps is getting better though but the kill and PP is not. I expect to see Tromp in net tonight but I don't know for sure. I think this will be a close game and pretty high scoring.

Hibbing-5
Denfeld-4

Maybe they will play Tromp the next game and see who plays better?

I agree, I also think this will be a close one with a high score finish. Hibbing has a slight advantage being that its a home game for them.

I've got to give it to hibbing they are dominating except for about the last 5 minutes of the 2nd period with the penalty kills, will be an interesting 3rd.

Hibbing played really well. Had some great chances. Tromp was also really solid.
