I'm taking Hibbing by 3. The sophmores are starting to score some goals and there confidence is high. Should be an exciting home game for the jackets.

All I'm saying is Virginia won when many people thought Central would. It was a good section win. Rapids isn't even in the section or the same class, so why does that matter?

Hibbing and Marshall will be a good test for both teams to see where they stand in the section.

The game against GR was a wake up call for Virginia. Now we will see the expected potential virginia has, and that should keep coming out over the remainder of the season. Only if Hendricksen learns that there is no I in team, they will have much better results. Kid has some talent, just needs to use the guys around him.

Denfeld made it to the section 5A final and lost 2-3 to Hermantown. How does that make them a bad team?

Welcome back BDfan, you were missed..... NOTTT. Shots were 60-10 Hermantown. There goalie kept them in the game and he's no longer with that team.

1)Grand Rapids beat Virginia because they are a great team with great skill and will suprise many teams this year and will be a contender for the section when nobody thinks it. Watched the Virginia central game on tv the blue devils looked alot better and more put together as a team they must be doing something right with 3 consecutive wins since the GR loss. 2)Watched the blue jackets twice now and they could have a chance in this one if Hibbings best player nick decenzo can play at his best. Adam johnson could contribute if he plays not afraid which i havent seen. 3)Toppers look pretty good this year with a depth schedule once again and i think have the depth over this small hibbing team. Should be fun to watch. And finally kids grow up this is a forum to set honest opinions not crash rivals and bash, either act your age or be a spectator on the forum.

hibbing and marshall tie 3-3. although hibbing got screwed they had a goal get called back that would have won the game
