Game 2 of 2: Hibbing/Chisholm@ Int'l Falls, Thursday 7:30pm
Game 2 of 2 will feature the Hibbing/Chisholm Bluejackets traveling to Int'l Falls to take on the Falls Broncos at Broncos area, Thursday 7:30. Hibbing/Chisholm took game #1 in a close matchup with a final score of 3-2. Hibbing has an excellent chance of being #1 seed for section 7A, as long as they win their final few section matchups. I believe this will be a close match as the Falls seem to finally be getting back into the swing of things, minus a very good Grand Rapids Team. What is everyone's predictions??
Now this granted this is no means a Hibbing vs. Virginia game but I still think it shall be close and very exciting!!

Hibbing/Falls
I hope Decenzo,Johnson and Anderson are ready to take a pounding, because that's what is going to happen. I will bet that 2-3 of them will retaliate and take a penalty that will cost their team the game. Keep you heads up boys!!

keys to the game:
-defense, last visit breakaway after breakaway
-goalies, walls for falls sounds to be playing really good so tromp will have to play at his finest. low scoring game
-penalties, dont take not needed penalties
- hibbing, put together 3 periods of hockey, there 2nd period has been the most strugling part.
- falls, use your home ice to your advantage

hibbing takes this one 4-2
That line didnt do anything tonight. All shots from the outside and Hibbings goalie was WEAK. I dont know if he has just gotten lucky so far or if he was off tonight.
If all of them play like that id say falls 2-1

Hibbing/falls
I take Hibbing in this one 3-1. Hibbing has to put 3 periods together and keep their head in the game. Lets start putting some good games together Bluejackets!dirtracing17 wrote:keys to the game:

Go Bluejackets!!

Hibbing may be the most overhyped team by its own fans in the state, although I haven't been seeing near as much lately during the Jackets 3 game losing streak. From what I read earlier this season about Hibbing having some of the top players in the state from its fans how do you lose to Proctor and only score 1 goal? I'll take the Broncos by 2.

couple bold statements there, someone has to stir the pot, good job budPhilRudd wrote:Hard to believe there are 16 posts on this thread - yawn. Neither of these teams are very talented, but the Jackets seem to have Falls' number. Better luck in the future boys.
