Its too bad. Eagan is a really good hockey team and outplayed Moorhead the majority of this game. They ran into a very solid goaltender today and that is the difference.

As great as Bitzer has been today, I will say this...for all its front-end talent, Eagan just doesn't have the coordinated passing and teamwork East does. A number of East's goals that game were of the sort no goalie could stop. Aside from Merchant's open net in the first, Eagan hasn't had many such opportunities.

Eagan has no creativity. All these shots from the outside are not going in. At some point you have try some thing different.

Another big and slow team. I know tonights game will feature a lot more speed than I have seen from the #2 and #3 seeds.

Upset special....4 to 0.
Wow does Eagan know anything about TEAM play? Skilled specialist is all I see on the ice. Too bad, they beat themselves.

Both of our winners in these first two games played better as a team than the more talented losers. Moorhead may not have carried the play, but their passing was much better than Eagan's. Hill's was also great.

Well, I feel bad for HHF, but happy that a Northern team made the semis. :)
