I would hope to get the TCF Bank sponsor jersey so I could yell "straight cash homie" (in Randy Moss'inese) to everyone on the ice.

Well, if there is any question of whether money has taken over this league, versus what it's says it's for, this should erase any doubts.

New uniforms are great! What is wrong with bringing more money into the league to help athletes?

Cool, a reduction in fees.

Nothing. But you've got to admit that those uniforms are monstrosities.

There are ways to advertise without assaulting my eyes.

I went to a couple games last season but I don't think I'd go this year just because of these uniforms. They look that trashy.

These were not the sponsors idea, or request, I guarantee it. This is the idea of a nutty vendor. They're horrible and will be embarrassing to wear. Zero class.

Great, so those that don't like them are now upset how things will look at the games they don't go to?

I think they're great. Definitely a Swedish Elite League feel to it.
Be kind. Rewind.

I think the biggest concern with the new Uniforms is if they will be ready on time...

This is totally Nascar
Ricky Bobbi style . . . shake and bake!!

Looks like the powerhouse Luther Automotive will have their hands full with the mighty Mpls.St. Paul Magazine team.

Some are worse than others, the Luther and Velocity aren't that bad, but the Starkey and TCF ones are pretty ugly.

Wait till the HS league allows sponsorships....The cost of playing hockey and keeping a team alive is the reason that there are sponsorships. I do not think they are too bad, but they are bright...

I abhor that sock style ... damn kids these days. Back when I played we just taped a piece of bark on our shins!!

Anyways, if people can make money off the great sport of hockey ... GOOD FOR THEM. I'm jealous.
Sorry, fresh out, Don't Really Give Any.

These jerseys distract from what the Elite League is supposed to be all about, exposing kids and their talents to higher level coaches, scouts, etc. I don't envy any scout or coach trying to keep track of players in these things. All players should be wearing solid color jerseys with nothing but a number on the front and back. Clean, effective, simple.
