Flake 'n' East

Post by boblee » Fri Feb 18, 2005 5:57 pm

I take East. The teams are evenly matched. But I think Flake will not be able to compete real well as they lack experience. I am going to take East by 2 or 3.

Yeah, I think it will be pretty close for a while. But East's speed and power will be too much for FL. Then again, it could be pretty high scoring in the first period, considering East scored (I think) 14 goals combined in the first period against Superior (5, on Buchs), Hibbing (4), and Cambridge (5). If East plays like they did in the first period of these three games for a good two and a half periods, they will easily win the game.

whatdidisay? hounds make yellow marks in the flakes. next time up nort better get your goalie conditioned for the northern lights, red flashing type, as in goal scored and not speeding on da freeway.
