I don't know how you can compare a freshman from Irondale to a freshman in the <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ns/eek.gif ALT=":eek"> NWSC<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... ns/eek.gif ALT=":eek"> . Anoka's Belisle had 24 points as a freshman against all Top rated teams. Not to shabby.

This is about the best (accurate, updated) scoring list I can find anywhere: <a href="http://www.geocities.com/dent0110/scori ...

It lists player, team, class, and G-A-P.

Top freshmen:

75th - Nico Sacchetti Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl Fr F 23 23-21-44*

82nd - Ben Arnt North St. Paul Fr F 25 26-17-43

93rd - Jake Johnson Duluth Denfeld Fr F 25 24-18-42

No others were among the top 120 in the state.

Nico is great to bad he had to play in virginia this year but next year he is headed sumwhere that he can show his talent. He only has one person to work with from virginia and that is Nisky who may i add is way overrated and well all i have to say is Nico is great and Virginia will be hurting next year with out him

don't even bother listening to redneck. that name alone loses all credibility he wishes to some day have. i don't see nico going anywhere, where would he go??? his bantam team last year was the best around, they just couldn't beat hibbing, it's like a curse on virginia the past few years. he'll stay in virginia.

and i'm not even going to comment on the niskanen remark by redneck other than saying nisky is in the top 8 best players in the state for seniors this year. redneck wants some attention and wants to start arguments, so please, no one give in and antagonize him. and true hockey fan knows he is wrong and should be able to just disregard anything that comes out of his mouth.

Ryan MaCahone from princeton is pretty good. I think he's 3rd in scoring with 32 points.
