2001 minnesota blades tryout

MN Blades hockey club will be having tryouts for their 2001 team on July 14th.
Announcing 2001 MN Blade Tryout!
Tuesday, July 14th, 2009 6:30-8 PM at St. Louis Park Arena (West Arena)
Players need to wear a light colored/white jersey AND bring a water bottle with their name on it!
All players must be pre-registered before tryout date, see below for instructions.
Note: after tryouts players will be contacted by Coach Lance Pitlick on or before July 31, 2009 if selected. There is also a possibility of a second tryout being needed....you will be notified if one is necessary.
Registration Steps:
Complete a Registration Form/Waiver. Form can be found on the website, at www.minnesotablades.com, under "Tryouts". Please fill out completely.
Remit Payment along with Registration Form. Check should be payable to MN Blades in the amount of $25. Mail to: MN Blades, 6213 S. Knoll Drive, Edina, MN 55436.
