Blake falling from #1 to #3 was the first thing I noticed as well. Seems a little harsh for losing just their second game all year, to a team they beat previously (both were one goal games). That and the fact that Breck has 5 losses (and a tie) to Blake's two losses, even though the Strength of Schedule for both teams is nearly equal:luckyEPDad wrote:I'm not sure what the coaches were drinking when they came up with this list. Normally it takes more than your second loss of the season to move from first to third. TRF has yet to win a game against a 2A top 10 opponent. Blake has wins against Hill Murray, Lakeville South, Chaska/Chan and CDH (and Breck).

(very strong for both teams, at Nos. 8 and 9 overall in the State).
Meanwhile TRF's SOS is comparatively weak, at No. 45, and they've been tied three times in addition to their one loss. At 99.4 their QRF is less than both Breck (104.7) and Blake (127.3). Note: KRACH hasn't been updated to reflect Tuesday's Blake-Breck game...
Oh well, as they say the only ranking that really matters is the last one. But it's too bad that all three teams can't get to the X because they clearly are the "class of Class A" this season, but that's another discussion.
