Isn't it IB weekend?

We aren't up in Duluth this year, but I'm surprised not a word has been written about this (at least formerly) held in high esteem and huge in numbers tourney? Some of you guys must be in Duluth.

They did a bad job of setting up the pools last year so we went to Fargo instead this year. Not sure if others felt that too, but there was definitely some switch over at the 12A level from Duluth to Fargo.

Looks like Chicago YA won the 15A tourney over Edina Green 3-1. I bet that was a great game!

Never, you imply your daughters program came up to the IB in years past. What program does she play for? What tournaments did they participate in this year?

Looks like U12 Edina Green waltzed to the title. There really only are 2 candidates for the state title at U12 - them and Andover.

Unless a goalie completely stands on her head, it will be those two teams fighting for the state title.

U12A Pool D has 3 weak teams. Winner of that pool did't compete very well in the Gold round. Pool B has 2 strong teams (should be a top seed in their own pools) and a 3rd team that would have won the D pool and competed better in Gold.

Last years pool A had 3 top 10 teams - Edina, Andover, Cottage Grove. Each one of these teams would have won the other 2 pools.

Someone isn't doing their homework when they set these up.

Heard that Edina only had 2 lines for the game vs CYA. I know nothing about the game itself.
