u 15 national camp goalies

Post by Mnnstar » Tue Jun 19, 2018 9:55 am

Heard from a pretty reliable source yesterday that only one goalie from Minnesota will move on to the u-15 national camp in St. Cloud. Less Minnesota players on average this year to the older camps also seems odd that at both the u-18 levels and the Olympic level that more Minnesota players translates to gold medals and a Minnesota goalie was the difference in the Olympics.

Looks like Mnnstar's source had some bad info on the goalie(s). The list is up (not including alternates):

She delivered and was the MN highlight. 6 goals allowed on 79 shots over 2 games. Only 4 MN girls made the final team and I believe that there was only 1 assist between the 3 skaters.
