Didn't cable access do a nice HD online presentation of the Turkey Trot last year?

Here's the channel...they've been doing a nice job with this for a few years now, and it looks like they'll have it again.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but it's the first time I've heard about it:

I don’t have an issue with schools wanting a cut of the revenue since it’s a vendor profiting on your product. Live streaming is a great convenience, but it doesn’t beat experiencing a game in person.

The Edina AD is kidding himself if he’s blaming live streaming as the reason Edina Classic attendance was down this year. More likely due to EP, Elk River, and Grand Rapids not being as big of a draw as last year. If I wanted to see a good high school game as a fan, I’m not clearing my schedule and driving a great distance to watch Edina vs. Grand Rapids.

I have launched an aggregator website to assist people in finding online HS games in Minnesota. Usually Boys, but also some Girls and JV. I have a log with a couple hundred already known games for this season and will add more when I learn of them.

You can check each day for games and be pointed to the sites showing them. Like a TV Guide (dating myself) for HS hockey live streams. Some teams will appear on 5 different websites over the course of a season. This will help because you don't need to search the dozen or so sites showing games, just visit Watching Puck.

http://www.watchingpuck.com/

Thanksgiving weekend has The Opener and Turkey Trot, plus another game on Saturday.

You can also see fun player profiles once they've run between periods of Eden Hall produced games.

The Thanksgiving tournament hosted by Marshall high school down in the southwest has the girls and boys games broadcast live and on delay on the youtube channel "Marsh sports live". You should add those to your aggregator website.

Pine City - Fargo Davies playing right now. Breck - Marshall to follow. Consolation and championship games tomorrow.

I thought I saw some thing a while back that OTown Clown is not going to keep this site up this year, although I was trying to persuade him differently

Expecting the old NW Metro local Chan 12 will stream Turkey Trot , but maybe GB could confirm
and update if name change

Reliable source tells me EgF at Orono will be streamed , watch fir updates

State of Hockey shows Rsmt Tonka as Game of Week, but not clear if live-streaming

Monday nite MnHockey.TV opens their season with Edina at BSm , Pete and Bart on the call

Thanks - that provides a few resources and the SoH GotW page does look like they will stream.

Regarding O-Town's site - wasn't it just a warehouse to centralize links to offered games produced elsewhere? Seems like there were a lot of options there more so than what I'm seeing collectively from SoH and MNHockey.

I shall remain patient, but as someone out of state it's been a great way to stay in touch with the local game. I can watch Wild games easily but they're having a rough season and I'd watch every Gophers game I could no matter their record but I can only watch them when on BTN.

In the Duluth TV viewing market, My 9 Sports will again be televising games, mostly from section 7.

The first game is Tuesday, November 26th as Eveleth-Gilbert travels to Hermantown to take on the Hawks at 7:30 PM

12/3 - Grand Rapids @ Virginia
12/10 - Denfeld @ Virginia
12/12 - Duluth East @ CEC
12/19 - Frenzy at Heritage (Two games featuring Duluth Denfeld & Duluth East)
East vs. Duluth Marshall & Denfeld vs. Superior
1/6 - East vs. Denfeld
1/9 - East @ Grand Rapids
1/14 - CEC @ Grand Rapids
1/21 - CEC @ Virginia
1/23 - Proctor @ Hermantown
1/30 - CEC @ Hermantown
2/3 - East @ CEC
2/4 - Hermantown @ Virginia
2/11 - Hibbing @ Virginia
2/13 - Hermantown @ Grand Rapids

Schedule subject to change.

All games are produced by Mesabi Community Television out of Virginia, thus the heavy Iron Range representation. I believe streaming is available only for the games in Virginia.

My 9 Sports produces UMD hockey games.

Yes. I think I ended up providing links to between 700 and 800 games last winter. The concept is basically a channel guide so people can find what is on and how to watch. A lot of work I would gladly do if small sponsorship money reflected the effort. Unfortunately did not materialize.
