Who will win their final meeting in the regular season, and win number one seed in section 8A?

It should be a great game. Both teams are fun to watch.

It looks like TRF, very easily handled Moorhead the other night. What do you know about the game? Did TRF play that well or was Moorhead having an off night? When EGF paired up with Moorhead, Moorhead was definitely the better team. TRF is proving to be a little more solid in recent games while EGF continues to struggle. They barely got by Kitson Central the other night. They were able to put shots on net, but they failed to get the goalie moving to create more openings. I'm going to have to give the edge to TRF in this rematch. I believe the outcome of this game will boil down to which coach has the best pregame strategy and makes the necessary adjustments during the game.

EGF & TRF

Post by DekeDangler » Mon Feb 11, 2013 12:43 pm

My EGF connections are pretty excited about tomorrow nights rematch. They say that there is a pretty good vibe coming from the team right now. Some were not very happy with the win against KCC. Not quite the result they were expecting from an EGF team with so many talented kids. Much credit goes to the KCC goalie that night for keeping it at only 3 goals. EGF wants to make a statement after that game and they know that it will have to be against TRF.
There is almost a "do or die" feeling in the air for them.

TRF is rolling along very nicely right now and will have the definite home ice advantage tomorrow night. I think EGF is going to be banging from the drop of the puck and will be relentless until the final buzzer. It will be a fantastic game for both teams but I will have to give the win to EGF.

EGF 5 EN
TRF 2

I was at the First matchup in EGF when trf put up 3 goals in there first 4 shots. Lindstrom has picked it back up since then and wont have that kind of game again. Im excited to see how it pans out! The winner gets #1 seed correct?

Here's the question, after leading the favored girls team to a early exit in the playoffs does chaos come back to the boys side for the same results?

I looks to be the #1 spotlight game on the Hub today.
So, Tim should be there with updates on the hub if you cannot make the game.
