What would you say?

Post by north_bear »

You're on a tourney team and your name just got introduced to everyone at the Xcel and anyone watching it on the tube. You skate up to the line next to your teammates and look into the camera and say what....? The classic "Hi mom" or something else? Lets hear it.

I would say 'Sonju Two Harbors', and my buddy going next would say 'where the cars are.'

They are brothers. Isn't that hilarious though? Great kids.

I never understood why they say "hi mom!" Are their mothers not at the game?

After further consideration, it's my considered opinion that MSHSL should bill Keith McKenzie for his shameless attempt at getting a free plug.

A lot of advertisers pay a lot of good money to air their ads during the tournament...Besides, horning your kids into going out and doing your schlepping for you, during the intro of what should be one of the greatest experiences of their lives, is just plain old sleazy.
