I'm all for a quick little celly where you drop to a knee and fist pump or something before you get mobbed by your teammates. The guys are having a little fun. I do think the whole skate out to center ice avoiding all your teammates is a bit over the top. I liked the Hermantown OT winner where the kid just threw his hands up in the air. Just too excited to think selfishly.

Great reference. I'm a big fan of those ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries as well.

As for these "cellys," I have mixed feelings about them. A part of me says "its good that the kids are having fun" but another part is saying " act like you've scored before."

I just hope the coming generations don't turn into a bunch of Chad Ochocincoes.
