Week 5 Pick'Em: Holiday Tourney Edition

I decided to get creative this week, so, rather than pick a bunch of first-round games or something.

Below you'll find a list of six holiday tournaments with all of their participants. For each one, pick 2 teams.

If your team wins it, you get two points. If they win two games (finishing 2nd/3rd/5th), you get one.

We'll close for picks at the start of the first game on Thursday.

Teams are listed in the order they appear on the bracket.

I don't think the Granite City Classic is a tournament. It appears that each team has 3 games scheduled out already. I am basing this statement on what I see on MNHockeyHub.com, so it may be wrong. However, since the site has TBD all over the place but not for any of the teams in this "tournament" I would assume that a couple of the teams could win 3 games.

If that's the case, do we get 2 points for any team we pick that wins 3 games and 1 point for any team we pick that wins 2 games?

Mmm, might be true. But yeah, I like your idea. We'll make it work somehow.

Why on earth don't they play a regular tournament when they have 8 teams?

As for the SSP tournament question, I didn't pick that one because I figured 99% of people would pick the same two teams. No fun in that, is there?
