Class A Final: Hermantown vs East Grand Forks

Post by rainier »

Predictions?

I think EGF has as much top end talent as Hermantown, but I think the Hawks' depth carries them to victory.

4-2 Hermantown.

If Hermantown does not win this one, I don't know what to think. 6 straight trips to the championship game. They gotta take this one, or they have a legacy they will have a hard time overcoming.

Hermantown is not playing like they want it. They could take some lessons from Duluth East.

Fantastic Game.
Congrats to HermyTown.
Never gave up after falling behind by 2 and turned this into one of the best championship games ever.

Every kid on the All-Tourney team was deserving, but leaving Aamodt off is insane. That kid was fantastic the entire tourney.

I hope the AA final is as exciting as this game was.

Aamodt was there. He's on the press release I've got, at least...

And if not, that would be a travesty. Heroic performance down the stretch. Would have been the MVP if the Hawks had won.

I only saw Gotz as the only Hermantown D on the team.
