What's even more amazing is 90+% of what I say on here ends up being true. Pretty quiet on here after LN went 31-0 and played in last 2 state championship games. I'm sure I wouldn't have heard the end of It though ha it not turned out that way.

Ps tiger, shouldn't you be busy breaking gopher hockey news with TMZ?! 8-[ 8-[

Sats you are giving yourself waaaay to much credit id say 50%

Enquist gone
North no defense or goalie 1 1/2 lines
you need some bit players to step up (highly unlikely!!!!)
they will be lucky to finish top 3 in the SSC

The issue sats is you give nobody outside of North a chance to win games and youll be surprised

4-1 Eastview showcase win vs Eastview was not impressive
Holy Family and Delano today...well see
your crosstown rival pummeled Delano 11-1 hmmm maybe a changing of the guard?

Ill go 14-9 for the year for the Vaunted and (hated) North team

You are literally putting me to sleep! "Crosstown rival". Sorry, but I dont think you can consider someone a "rival" when the recent history has been so lopsided. Let's allow south to make it out of the section 1AA semis before they are taken seriously. They are several years behind. Plus their new coach has no experience coaching beyond kids who are still in elementary school.

Without justin Kloos this "rivalry" you speak of is even more one sided.

I give lots of teams a chance other than north. Read my posts. EP will be state champ next year. Don't count out north though.

In an almost an unbelievable upset, heavily depleted Wayzata beats fully rostered and talented Eden Prairie 1 to 0. Neither Middlestadt nor Graham could find the twine, despite many good looks. Sorenson took the first of the season game misconducts , for checking from behind in the 3rd period

May have to rethink my recent decision to drop Wayzata out of the top 10.

Was the lvn vs. EV game playing with their full squad?

There are quite a few teams in south suburban who can challenge lvn this year.

I caught the EV North game on Friday. Sloppy summer hockey for sure. LN definitely carried the play but didn't come across as that impressive, having said that I don't know if they were missing some key players?

I do know EV was playing 6 Bantam AA players from last season, one who has another Bantam year left. Some of this was due to the baseball state tournament. They also had some JV guys playing that won't play varsity next season.

Yes, but closer game than score indicates since HF had 3 or 4 pipes.

Garin played for the Fire, but wont be around for the regular season.

Hounds have the usual big physical guys at the blue line

Randolph has the kids looking hungry, they were all leaning over the boards watching the action the whole game.

Congratulations to DE on winning the tournament. To take a step back, the semi games were really good. HF struggled in the first half, but came up big in the second half with a 5-3 win over North. South and DE where tied 3-3 after regulation time. After two over times and a 4 man shoot out, DE won 4-3. Good hockey in both games.
