Again, I could be wrong, but Holt is a wait and see prospect at this point. Need to see against top competition and goalies.edgeless2 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 02, 2018 1:44 amThis makes zero sense to me. Are you a scout? Kid has a wicked twisted wrister. That computes.ThatMNHockeyGuy62 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 01, 2018 11:51 pm
Maybe I’m wrong, but Drew Holt peaked as a Bantam. Maybe “commit D1,” but will not be a D1 player. Best shot in state as a Bantam, but he hardly impressed at select 16 festival last spring.

None taken. I even said I could be wrong. However since you brought it up, I will say that looking at stat lines does little to tell the whole story of a player, which is why scouts actually go to games. I’ve only seen him play once this season so it’s certainly not a great sample size, but he was a turnover machine against STA. Plenty of time for improvement but we will see.edgeless2 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 8:28 pm“You like that? Just my opinion he should have a verbal by 2019 year end if he continues to get the ice time he is getting now vs the STA game playing 3rd line. But you did mention he was only a shot and peaked as a Bantam. That was a silly statement.ThatMNHockeyGuy62 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 8:57 pmNone taken. I even said I could be wrong.
