Fun show...had really low expectations considering my lack of sleep (and exhaustion).
The all-time top 6 beef was entertaining to our listeners. The pre-show battle was A grade.
I'm having second thoughts on Rau vs. Spehar for the final forward slot (Broten and Mayasich are locks).

YHH must be getting lonely for comments?
(Or am I the alter YHH, as has been rumored?)
Anyway, good show as usual.
I was at both tourneys. Old enough to remember well , not so old to forget details.
High school career and overall state tourney- Spehar
One of most spectacular trny OT moments, and total Minnesota hockey career--Rau.
BTW, did Dave Christian get forgotten in your deliberations? Must have been in the top 5 somewhere?

WM (i.e. Tony Scott Ghost Account) - I simply found this show to be wayyyyy better than I expected.
The Top 6 argument was pretty good and Aaron throws Warroad under the bus.
I love commentary (both ways) on the show.
I never saw Dave play until he was at UND. Dave and I are friends (we've coached together) and even by his own very humble standards, he wasn't as good in HS as he was in college and pros. One of the most humble guys you will ever meet.

I'm in agreement with including "The Chief" on your list. What a talent. &&*% Dave Forbes! GB

Totally agree HDM should have been in the Sanford Center. Almost as nice as Amsoil Arena, but I do like the forest green chairs better. Would have been a better atmosphere inside and would have been great watching Tonka and Andover in front of a sell out crowd.
