As far as who is better, both teams have only lost to top teams and their game was a one goal affair..

so flip a coin.

Would love to see WBL get another chance at the Consolation bracket at State.

Lech owns Sager, especially in the sections.

HM 3 - 2 (could it be 3 OT's in a row for HM?)

Go Bears!!!!!!!

I'm so glad Sager hasn't left yet...

Bears are clear favorite and should win. But they never have done well as the favorite. Not since 2003 or something when Hill wasn't good and had a WB kid at goal. Can't remember exactly which year it was, but WBL won pretty easily.

HM twitter said Hill has made the section final 17 out of the the 20 years this century. Pretty good clip.

Hill is a low scoring team that can't overcome deficits. If WBL gets to 4 goals, they win. Period. If WBL only gets to 2 goals, Hill wins. A tie at 3-3 might last 6 OTs...

Hill was one of two teams to knock off Edina this year, while WBL got trounced. Obviously those are only two games, but I'm guessing Hill wins by 2.

And White Bear beat Hill, so that's a pretty poor example.

Sager will get outcoached again! Bears will get a 1 or 2 goal lead, Then he will start the Sager Sag, to protect the lead, he has done it time and time again, never works.

How soon would a guy with no connections need to show up at Aldrich to get a ticket?

Owing to the talent level of both teams, this is easily the least interesting section game between these two teams I can recall. Neither is much of a threat to do any damage at the X.

That said, it will be a great atmosphere, and I expect a close affair the entire game.

I'll take Hill by half a goal.

Ifalls

Weather going to discourage some people , so yes. Worst case , you muscle your way in somewhere , pretending you are an arena official😀

Lets just say I got to Aldrich last night and walked in the door just as they were finishing up the National Anthem. Plenty of seats open between Blue and Red lines on MG side. Lady sitting next to me was playing games on her phone the whole night. I asked her "which son on the ice is your husbands?"

It will be more crowded tonight. My advice is to stay away from the student sections. They stand the whole game and create site line issues.

prepspotlight.tv. Sectional coverage has actually been very good. There's been one form or another of video for six of the eight AA sections. 2AA and 6AA the exception, but audio was available via mnhockey.tv and in the Twin Cities on KFAN+, 96.7 FM.
