Minnesota Hockey & MNHockey.Tv Form Comprehensive Live Streaming Agreement
Partnership Will Kick Off With Free Live Streaming of the Minnesota Wild Mite Holiday Jamborees
St. Paul, MN – December 19, 2019 – Minnesota Hockey and MNHockey.Tv, a broadcast unit of Itasca Marketing LLC, announced today a comprehensive live streaming partnership for Minnesota Hockey events. MNHockey.Tv will live stream all Minnesota Hockey Youth and Girls State Tournaments, Select Minnesota Hockey Region Tournaments, CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance Spring Festivals, Minnesota Hockey Tier 1 14, 15 and 16 regular season games and playoffs as well as numerous events throughout the season.

To kick off the partnership, MNHockey.Tv will be offering free live streaming the Minnesota Wild Mite Holiday Jamborees at Xcel Energy Center on Sunday, December 22 (8U Girls) and on Monday, December 30 (Youth Mites). The event will be viewable on the Minnesota Hockey YouTube channel.

“We are thrilled to form this partnership with MNHockey.Tv,” said Minnesota Hockey President, Steve Oleheiser. “This relationship will help us take our premier events to new levels, including the ability to stream all of our State Tournaments at each level. We believe this partnership will enhance many of our programs, and allow for an excellent viewing experience for viewers of these events.”

With the exception of the Mite Holiday Jamboree, Minnesota Hockey events streamed on MNHockey.Tv will be on a pay per view basis. A Minnesota Hockey season pass will be $39.95, a tournament or weekend pass will be $19.95 and a single game view will be $9.95. Games and events can be accessed via the Minnesotahockey.org website, or the MNHockey.Tv website.

“We could not be more excited to form this partnership and start streaming so many amazing hockey events to hockey fans across the state, and around the hockey world,” said Itasca Marketing LLC CEO, Michael Gaard. “We are committed to providing the best possible experience for all, whether that be a scout, a player’s family member, or just someone who wants to watch great hockey in Minnesota.”

The 2020 State Tournament weekend will be held March 13 – 15, and will mark the first time that all 14 State Tournaments will be live streamed. Additionally, there will be eight to be determined Region Tournament locations that will offer live streams for the first time. Those tournaments will take place February 28 – March 1.

MNHockey.Tv specializes in live streaming, video production, tournament management and content creation. Since 2006, MNHockey.Tv created and streamed games for MyFoxHockey.com, Let's Play Hockey and the Catholic Sports Network.
