I wonder how many northland viewers they'd get if it ends up being ER-Andover live from Fogarty. #-o

rainier2 might finally force enough "hockey people" to convince a certain school district to stop trophy chasing and move up a level.

One could only hope [-o<

Imagine most northern business have already purchased tv ad time.

Yes, all of the ad spots have been sold. If it ends up being Andover/Elk, the businesses have the option to cancel their ads. That could throw the future of these broadcasts up in the air. WDIO is really counting on Rapids right now.

Unfortunately, I think your Grand Rapids team beating and tying them this year has "reset" the clock on any chance of them moving up. Your team might ruin the chance their kids have of making it to state the next few years.

If rapids does not make the final. The game still will be played in duluth. It will not be moved. Just going on what I was told at work. I will be working games for Wdio.

And WDIO's nightmare scenario comes to fruition. This WILL NOT affect this years game, as it will still be at Amsoil and will still be broadcast on WDIO.

The only thing to think about going forward, if this becomes a regular accurance with two southern teams, does WDIO reconsider broadcasting the game?
