HM has scored 3 goals or less in 6 of 8 games (last night followed a couple of recent 5 goal efforts against good competition). They are a disciplined team though and will no doubt be a factor at the end.

Yeah, Duluth East AD said no to My9 because it would take away from their streaming income. Ugh this is so pathetic. Shameful, really. Crazy that Hermantown is able to go without the streaming money that Duluth East apparently desperately needs. It is high school sports and these kids' talents deserve to be showcased. I hadn’t seen Tartan much and thought they played well. The top line and D pairing are solid, and Greiskalns made some incredible saves. Obviously there’s a big talent disparity between the teams, but the Titans did enough to hang around and make things interesting. In all seriousness...well, Hermantown scored twice in the first two minutes and that was pretty much that. East had stretches where they clogged things passably well, to the point where you could see the rematch being a respectable game if they have a better start, but the talent gap is large right now. It was about what I expected coming in. Hermantown has heaps of talent, while East is very young.
