Give me Andover in this one. Hopefully they don't have a let down game after the grueling 2OT thriller.

Congratulations to the Andover Huskies. The best 3 games of the tourney were won by the Huskies.

Sure good to have the Forum back up and running.

I was pulling for the Huskies myself since they beat Grand Rapids to get to the tourney and it makes Andover just the second team in history to win both boys and girls tourney in the same year Edina being the other in '19.
I wonder how many people took oxygen during and after the game!

Always enjoy listening to Lou Nanne in his 58th year of doing this tournament still with the same enthusiasm he probably had in his first one. He sees things and explains them like no one else. Will he stick around to reach 60?

We went to the A morning games. Not nearly the excitement as the evening AA championship but it was still fun to visit with Karl and another Forum peep!

Wish Warroad would've won.

I was told once, by a Centennial backer, that they had won both the boys and girls (and he said the girls were only A at the time). I never bothered to verify, but it is not true. Boys won in 2004 but the girls never have. I was wrong.

Ok, I went back and found my information source for the only other school where both boys and girls won in the same year.
It's in the KSTP Hockey Central Highlight report of the AA championship game.
Thanks for your correction Sparlimb.

No I think you are correct. Centennial didn't do it. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore. Congrats to Andover who proved they were the best in both this year. Awesome year for the school.
