Mahtomedi enters the 4A Final on an 8 game win streak and a heavy favorite as they have destroyed 4A competition and the limited games that they have played so far this winter. The Zephyrs have AA Depth up and down the lineup and they play 3 lines and 6 D. Seniors Charlie Drage and Seth Nelson have been hot in the playoffs so far but Mahtomdi can get scoring from just about anywhere and have not been really pushed yet in the Playoffs.

Chisago Lakes returns to the Section 4A Championship game again this winter. After a slow start to the year the Wildcats caught fire in the middle of the year before they struggled at the end of the season. Wildcats Senior Nate Bluhm has been red hot in the playoffs leading the way in scoring from the blueline. They played Mahtomedi earlier this year and lost 8-2 back in late December.

Will Mahtomedi put another 4A team in runtime on their way to St. Paul or can Chisago Lakes pull off this season's biggest Section Playoff upset?
