The last part of the above post (well now it's the last post on the previous page) was just an a cut & paste from an email I received. I am not involved with the program, but thought I would pass it along as,it is a AAA thread.

Hope this note finds everyone well and enjoying their hockey season. I wanted to update you on the status of our initiatives to develop Tier 1 Hockey in the State of Minnesota. After lengthy strategy sessions, we decided to take a parallel approach focusing on team structure while utilizing legal resources to help guide us through the Tier 1 process with the State. We will be fielding teams for the 2014-2015 season for 00-05 birth years. Open tryout information will be communicated very soon.

So are they planning to sue MN Hockey in order to get them to grant Tier 1 status?
