Who is going to be Pee Wee A State champs?

Post by douglasdoright »

Any predictions? I know Elk River, Wayzata, Burnsville, OMG and Woodbury are strong teams. Maybe a upset? Who knows?

Thoughts?

East Grand Forks.

This year, they will upset Roseau or beat Cloquet to make it in and then finally win it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really depends on the Regional outcomes. Elk River, Wayzata, OMG, Blaine, and Centennial are all in the same region. That's going to be some fun hockey to watch and interesting to see what 2 teams come out of there.

Roseau is solid and Woodbury is getting better and better.

Edina and Burnsville cannot be forgotten about.

Should be fun as we get closer to March

This year is wide open. There are 8 to 10 teams that have a chance to win the whole thing. Elk River is playing the best right now, but it is early January, and the state tourny is 2 months away. This will be a fun finish because so many teams have a chance to bring home the big prize.

Shanty would call it a you betcha, but I am thinking EGF is atad better than Cloquet, especially if they can control #10.

From what I have seen I think that Elk River will make it to the championship along with Burnsville as their opponent. Burnsville was great at the start of the season but have been in a slump lately. I think they will finish the season strong.

Elk River is probably the best team I've seen but don't forget about Edina, Roseau or Wayzata.

Edina Peewee A's will not lose another game, they just smoked Eden Praire 8-1.

And less than two hours after you post Roseau beats Edina 7-5. Careful with your predictions boys.

I love it. Keep the ridiculous prognostications to yourselves. This is youth hockey and all of the top teams can beat each other on any night.
