Lets be very clear about the Elk River and Lakeville AA teams at this tourney. They are both playing at the less skilled levels, unlike the Minnesota Blades who are playing in the upper division and doing very well.
This used to be a very, very competitive tournament, but has really fallen off the last few years. Only one of the Detroit heavy hitters showed, no St. Louis Blues, and NONE of the top Canadian teams have showed up like the Marlies, Jr. Canadians, Hamilton, Ottawa, etc.
