This season, Minneapolis Youth Hockey is celebrating 100 years of hockey in Minneapolis. As part of that, we will be covering 100 years of great Minneapolis hockey players, buildings, teams and more over the course of the season.
Those that are worthy will end up in the 100 Years of Hockey Virtual Minneapolis Hall of Fame.
You can read the articles through our news feed at our website:

If you have a Minneapolis hockey legend (high school, college, pro, coach, etc) you would like to nominate, please add it to this thread.

Re: 100 Years of Minneapolis Hockey
So far, we have inducted the following into our 100 Years of Hockey Virtual Hall of Fame:
Cully Dahlstrom
Reed Larson
Minneapolis Arena
Badger Bob Johnson
Matt Smaby
Virgil Johnson
Each one of these profiles is a great read...not only for Minneapolis hockey, but for some great Minnesota hockey history. If you have someone you want to nominate for the Hall of Fame...let me know.
Enjoy....they will keep on coming throughout the season.
