Hockey equipment repair?

Post by Cdale » Fri Jun 20, 2014 10:55 am

I know of Georges in St. Paul (which is great but it's a haul for me). Anyone know of a similar place in the west metro or even Minneapolis?
Appreciate any help!

How about shipping to Georges?

We've had several pairs of gloves repalmed by Georges. They are a haul for us as well, we've just shipped the gloves to them (Fedex Ground, about $8 I think), and Georges paid for return shipping if the bill was over $50. Saves time, cheaper than gas, and they do a great job.

Any shoe repair store will also repair hockey equipment. I've done it, works great.

Most shoe repair places can do a fine job on simple repairs. But Georges has a full selection of replacement hardware and leather. They also have different styles of full replacement palms, you're not going to get that sort of thing at your average shoe repair store.

It's a haul but it's worth it.
