Who is the cheapest Bantam player you know? Where's he from and why do you think he deserves the "Goon" title?

There's a kid on the District 4 Advance 15 team that is really bad. I don't remember his number. Never knew his name. He plays defense and all he does is slash and run his mouth. He's not a bad player but you just want to kill him after the 1st shift.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/mad.gif ALT=">:">

I don't recall any kid's from Far. that played A bantam's that were cheap and none that would have made the advanced 15's, maybe Putrah if he was age eligible. Are you sure you are talking about the same kid?

The cheapest player is O'Leary from the Shattuck Tier II. He can't play very well so he makes up for it with cheapness. He's a real wienerlicker.

He does play for Faribault and he is on the advance 15 team. As u can see he has a bad attitude. Seriously, play nice and make friends.

Talmadge, if you are not cheap, why don't most of the players on the D4 team want to kick your a$$. You are cheap in practice and in games. That will get you noticed, but for all the wrong reasons.

Talmadge, are you kidding me? not cheap? all you do is dirty crap. you can't hit clean so you hit hands to the face, and your always stick your stick between peoples legs. I don't know if you like your stick between peoples legs or what your deal is but i do know that your cheap.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... espy019 at: 4/21/06 4:13 pm

Look, I didn't grow up playing hockey in MN. The way that I play is how most people play in the rest of the country. If you think I'm going to give you a written invitation to stand in MY goal crease, then you'd better think again. Next thing you'll be wanting me to hold up a big green light when you're open.

It is not being dirty. It is just a distraction. You have never seen me try to hurt anyone. I would never hurt anyone unless they tried to hurt me.

There is a simple solution to the problem. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HARASSED--STAY THE HELL OUT FROM IN FRONT OF MY NET. It's not like I'm going to chase you to the blue line.

SUCK IT UP AND QUIT WHINING--or else trade your gear for a tennis racket.

---TALMADGE

To be fair i have to say that i don't think Talmadge has ever tried to hurt anyone. His play is really annoyign and i makes u mad but i don't think he wants anyone hurt. he's actually kind of nice if you talk to him when your not on the ice. i don't like the way he plays but i see his piont.

Also, I'd like to say that all of the goalies I've ever played with like me and the way I clean out the front. Maybe there are a lot of kids on the Advance 15 team that do want to kick my ass, but I bet the goalies don't.

For those who do want to kick my ass--I'm sorry that you feel that way. While you're on my team I will always stick up for you.

But, if you ever do more than talk and actually TRY to kick my ass--I WILL GET YOU AND I WILL GET YOU GOOD. But, that's not what I want. I don't have a problem with any of you.

---TALMADGE

He sounds like a good defenseman to me. He gets you off your game, and prevents goals. What else can you ask for from your def.

There is a girls league in minnesota if you don't like contact.

i was watchin the tourney and i wanted to see all of the d4 games to see if this kid really was cheap. to tell you the truth he only got like 1 peanlty in 2 games and he also scored though i thought that it may have been tipped by another forward who was battling in front of the net.
For those who said that he hits with his hands i would have to agree with you. He tends to bring them up and catch you in the face.
I did like his stlye of play usually it was the other guys hacking him. He got into every single forwards head on the d5 team. the one thing that i dont like about him is from this board. you go on and say that anyone who wants to kick your a$$ that you would take them in a heart beat. guess what try that today against the TC district and you will get flattened they have had some of the biggest hits i have ever seen.

I wasn't talking about taking checks from other teams. I appreciate someone who's willing to smoke me during the game almost as much as I enjoy dishing out a huge check. It's fun and I think it's part of hockey. Don't hit big unless you're willing to get hit big.

I was talking about some who were talking about kicking my ass off of the ice. I've been reading this thing for probably a year now and have never posted a message, but this kid interests me. I couldn't make it to watch him play this weekend because some things come up. I hope he makes it to the next round because i want to take a couple of buddies and go watch him play. Sounds like the kid understands Old Time Hockey.

Don't let 'em change you kid!
