who are you ...crosby 87. I take it that you are from andover and you have a little bit of confidence in your team. Lets see if that blows up in your face next year.

bantam a

Post by hockeylife04 » Tue May 09, 2006 8:21 pm

chaska should be pretty good. i know that 2 years ago this age group won state in peewee's. who knows if that will carry over or not...i think that how teams do next season depends on what players stay for a second year or make the jump to high school...it's to hard to pretict, some players don't decide till the very last minute.
and by they way, some people need to take a look outside of their teams a little bit. cofidence and cockeyness is great...but lets try and be reolistic.

Yeah beacause I am pretty sure their PWB1 team was the only team to win states. Unless you count their bantam B1 who won VFW maybe 3 years ago.

If DE gets their goalie back and he doesn't leave to play high school, than they have to be one of the favorites to win the whole thing!

B-A ranks

Post by quantummekanic » Fri May 12, 2006 9:28 am

DE's success will largely depend on their ability to retain second year bantams. Last year they lost some top players to Varsity. This may be a more common thing for DE as Duluth Marshall is getting more eastside kids to play varsity and therefore, more pressure is put on DE HS to bring up top bantams. Even if DE loses only a couple, it will hurt them.

I think Centennial, Edina and EP will be a toss up as the top three. They should be able to retain most of their talent and have strong depth and have multilple studs. Blaine and Chaska should be close behind, although Chaska may have some issues with small size. MG and Wayzata should be their too based on depth.

Moorhead, Andover, Hermantown, DE, WBL, Woodbury, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville So, Rochester, Warroad, Rosemount, Roseau, Grand Rapids, should have good teams too.
